Weight Watchers Chocolate Smoothie Packet¼ tsp of Almond Extract1 Frozen Banana½ cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk½ cup of cold water
1 bag of steamable broccoli florets tossed with 1 Tbsp of Sesame Seed Oil, a 1 Tbsp of Low-Sodium Soy Sauce & Ground Ginger. I use this as one meal. 4 pts or 290 cals.
