The only thing that I don't like about Salmon is that it doesn't smell good while its cooking - especially if you aren't the one who will be eating it. This is usually a treat I have when I can enjoy it without all the comments. "Mom WHAT is that smell!?"
Baby Bear and Papa Bear have both eyeballed my Salmon and have eaten it FROM MY PLATE. One says, "Not bad", the other says, "Pretty good" but they don't want that for dinner. So I only prepare this when they aren't around. Needless to say, I don't get it that often.
- 1 - 5oz piece of Salmon (skinless preferred or it will REALLY stink)
- Your preferred seasonings
Saute in Olive oil on medium high for about three minutes on each side. Place on top of your salad greens and drizzle with a little Italian dressing.
