A Proper Sign-Off
Goodness it seems that I have one foot out the blog door doesn't it? I've been brainstorming on how to come back and be relevant. But I don't feel like being relevant. It's too much work to be relevant...
Midnight Train to Delaware
Vacations for my family happened in the summer as we traveled by train to see our relatives. Time with family for any other occassion fell under the umbrella of weddings and funerals. When I grew up, I didn't want to see my entire family for just weddings, funerals and one-week summer vacations. When I grew up, I was going to take real vacations to vacation kinds of places and see my family whenever I wanted to.
Effects of Withdrawal from Blogging
Excerpt: My face burned as the clerk rang up my one item purchase. She started the two step process of bagging glass in paper first and then said, "Oh, this is plaaastic." I did not make eye contact. I thought, just give me my ginormous bottle of cheap Vodka so I can leave before that guy over there recognizes me...

MACRO-blogging on weather, apps, an iPhone feature, death and Halloween
I had more to write than I thought I did, so today's post can't be considered microblogging. As the title reads, I'm talking about the weather (a great opener to any conversation), iPhone apps, an iPhone feature, death and Halloween. It all ties together somehow.... while reintroducing The Christopher Chronicles.
Microblogging on the perfect cup of Joe and Scentsy stuff...

A Race Against Time
A couple weeks ago, I got the bright idea to do a then and now photo. I had to beg Christopher to participate. He asked, "Are you going to be sharing this in social media?" I responded, "Yes." In the end, my idea cost me $5.
There's bigger fish and then there's microblogging
The concept behind microblogging is to just write a few sentences of this and that, something you may have shared on facebook or didn't. BLOG about it, then you have a whole rambling post...
What's Going On
Excerpt: I have white friends, I have a white sister-in-law, half of the members at my church are white and the majority of my blog readers are white, all with whom I'm careful in what I say or write about because I don't want to be misunderstood....
Pray For A Cancer Cure
Has God ever spoken to you and told you do something and you didn't follow through? Well my spirit has been nagged long enough and again today right on time.

A Presumption Of Guilt
Excerpt: "Excuse me" the grandmother charged, "you're sitting in our chairs!" Not alarmed, I said, "Really? We've been sitting here all day." The grandfather yipped like a chihuahua right behind her, something about that's why they put their t-shirts on the chairs so people won't take them...
