I don't know if I am cut out to be a sports mom - as if I have a choice. The last 8 weeks almost seem like an out of body experience. Thanks to Facebook, I have proof that I was present.

have some really cool parents. I was telling someone the other day how close I am to my parents - close in age and relationship. I said, "If they weren't my parents, they'd probably be friends of mine." We have even bridged the gap on technology.
At some point as adults we need to believe in ourselves to achieve our dreams but before that, as children we need someone to say they believe we can do it. It's not always the caliber of the school or the students in class that bring about a "good education". It is the caliber of the teacher and his or her desire to inspire.
If living green meant the amount of veggies I eat per week or the amount of green accessories I have, then yes, I live a green life.
I don't know which one I worried about more this first grade school year: Christopher's ability to read fluently or ride his bike without training wheels.
